Sareet Shah
Sareet heads our Investor Preparation, Company Valuation & Risk Management services.
Sareet is a former Director in Risk at Goldman Sachs, where he established and led the Operational Risk Governance function globally.
He balances a highly technical, detail-oriented work style with strong client management skills honed across a 15 year banking career in London.
Prior to Goldman, Sareet was an Associate Director in Valuations at the Royal Bank of Canada.
He also spent 3 years in Assurance at EY, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Sareet holds a masters in Mathematics from Cambridge University.

Level 1 & 2 Chartered Financial Analyst progam (CFA Institute)

Poonam Shah
Poonam heads our Business Planning, Organizational Design and Corporate Presentation services.
Poonam spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs from an intern in 2007 to an Executive Director in Operations in 2022.
She has extensive experience with strategic transformation (offshoring, outsourcing, restructuring, systems consolidation), resulting in improved efficiency, P&L savings, and business growth.
Poonam is highly proficient in business & org strategy, presentations and management reporting, having reported directly to the regional COO at Goldman for several flagship programs.
She is an industry leader in her field, and holds the following designations:
